The Town Clerk's Office is responsible for maintaining land records, vital statistics, and all other official records relating to the Town and its citizens. It also issues a variety of licenses, certificates, permits and the like.

Theresa is committed to ensuring that elections, town records and licensing are handled with the highest quality and impartiality that West Hartford residents are entitled to.

Her work ethic and personal values are respected and valued by all those who know her. This will enable her to transition well following Norma Cronin’s retirement.

Spending time with Norma Cronin, on the job, allowed Theresa to see first hand how the office works and how her own attention to detail and her management skills will blend in perfectly. Theresa has worked with many aspects of government in her many years of public policy work.

She is bright, dedicated, and energetic, and will strive to continue Norma Cronin's record of excellent quality and service to those needing Town Clerk services. She will also bring a huge knowledge of technology to the position. Theresa brings to this position an understanding of how government and technology can work together to create efficient operations.
